This course delivers the full 24-hour Parent Effectiveness Training (P.E.T.) program

using a format designed for real life

Short, focused live sessions (Zoom)
Guided practice during the week
Brief video support throughout the week to reinforce real-life moments
Optional office hours for questions and personalized coaching

The goal is not just understanding the skills but being able to use them when it counts- so you can pay emotional regulation forward for generational weath.
